What are the Payment terms?

For either Residential or Commercial Customers make their payment on completion of each slab. For example. First initial payment is done at the time of Booking, and then after completion of each slab. For further details kindly contact us.

Can we avail a home loan?

Some of the Documentation Details required for Home loans:-

  1. Passport size photograph.
  2. Address Proof.
  3. Appointment/contract letter of the company/ copy of increment/promotion letter.
  4. Latest 4 months salary slip.
  5. Latest 6 months bank statement.
  6. Details of any on going loan and statement of account for the same.
  7. One Administrative fee Cheque favouring the particular bank.

INTEREST RATES:- Changes according to the market rate.
